v12.xx updates in the works

currently still in the works:

c-130 in the hangar for some revisions. i just installed all new glass for the analog instruments. and now working on the props for reverse thrust.

and adding to the list for the c-130:

more drag added, pitch adjusted for AP, custom lights for interior added, crew edited for clear lenses on glasses, cockpit lighting is better. still a wip.

added new 3d bolt hardware to the window pilars.

now applying the same updates mentioned above to the L-100-30.

and the reverse thrust still needs more work IMO from laminar. reverse thrust is kinda half way there really. not effective as it should be. and it jumps out of reverse too easily. i worked several hours applying different numbers without any real improvement. just FYI.

the twin bonanza is next up with some more edits. i worked more on night lighting. still need to add some lights for the interior. also tweaked the AP for pitch. not sure how long this plane has been in development for upgrades. probably more than a year or so. it has all new 3d instruments, radios, and some switches. and passengers were added. oh and an Avitab displays as a cellphone that attaches to the pilot window. really looking forward to sending to the stores as soon as it's completed. one of my very favorite twins. really like how it flies and has a fast cruise.

also choice of nose was added a little while ago. it is on the menu. press the menu button on the panel.

more progress has been made for the Explorer 500T. the G1000 display now functions much better with the proper AP applied in Planemaker.

Piper Aerostar has been edited adding a little better night lighting on the instrument panel.

Cessna 208 and 404 tested and work pretty well in 12.06. also, Caribou, and Skyvan.

it was the Sonex B's turn today in the hangar. i worked on it for about 8 hours.

new 3d gauge glass for both VFR and IFR panels

better night lighting

Piper Aztec in the hangar next with updates to the AP for pitch and roll settings for v12.06. Also audio markers were added to the audio panel.

i been working on the new v12.07 update for the DoubleEnder for the past several days. i did try the float version and it's a no go just like all the rest of the float planes that i have. it wont take off due to not being able to reach high enough speed. and i have worked some hours trying to modify the float shape. so i have put it in a .zip. this way you wont see it in the v12 inventory in game. but you can unzip and work on it if you like. let me know please if you have got it to work. just in case there are some Planemaker enthusiasts out there. i'm still working on the update currently trying to improve the autopilot. this airplane like all the others will ship same day to both stores. the v11 version included does function in the water just fine BTW. it's kind of a touchy plane to fly in v12. hopefully v12 will continue to improve in the future.

Cessna 404 has had some very recent improvements. improvements include: better interior night lighting, for sale sign has been removed by request. and for v12 specific improvements include: new wipers and rain on the glass, better taxi and landing lights, improved AP with pitch adjustments, new payload system, and more.
