we maintain an update log just in case your inquiring about an update. you can log into your account at the store and download. and its a good idea to delete the old file first to be sure everything will work correctly. you can also download the update if you purchased at the x-plane.org store by logging into your account there and redownloading the product.

if you are inquiring about permission to make a livery you have permission to make a livery and release to the public just as long as you share only the .png file associated with the livery.

if you are having trouble with an aircraft be sure you are using the latest FINAL version of the software. beta versions typically have something missing somewhere and you may notice bugs or issues. also check your hardware. make sure it is all calibrated. plugins from other aircraft sometimes cause issues as well. in a rare case you may have to reinstall x-plane or delete all files located in x-plane/output/preferences folder. then you will have to reassign buttons, change preferences in menus such as graphics, and make calibrations. its a pain i know i been through it.
